Times Square Center, the community mall on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Quoz, turns itself into Haunted Timesylvania for the Halloween weekend. The mall's own event page gives the run as October 29 to November 1, 2026, from 12pm to 7pm each day, so there is Halloween night itself on Saturday and a full Sunday after it. Everything on the programme is free.
What happens
Four things are promised on the official page: trick-or-treating around the mall, creepy crafts, spooky entertainment, and a stage show with Magic Phil and Friends. The mall's Halloween Activities poster, linked from the event page, gives the timetable. Face painting runs from 12pm to 6pm, there are stage shows at 4pm and 5pm, and the Magic Lab with Magic Phil is on at 6pm daily. On Saturday, October 31 the Spooky Sweet Trail runs from 2pm to 4pm at participating stores. On Sunday, November 1 the kids' Halloween costume competition starts at 5pm at Picnic Square on the first floor, and the top prize is a Nintendo Switch 2.

One caution on the first day: the mall's event page says October 29, while its activities poster, homepage and social posts say October 30. The last day is November 1 on every one of them.
Free, with registration for goodie bags
The official page says Enjoy FREE! of the trick-or-treating, the crafts and the stage shows, and nothing needs a ticket. The poster adds one thing to do in advance: goodie bags go to the first 100 children who register each day, and are claimed on the day. The registration link is on the poster.
Who it is for
This is a children's and family Halloween rather than a party: afternoon hours, crafts, sweets and a costume competition for kids. The mall states no minimum age. Adults who want the late version of the night are better served by Haunted Town Night at IMG Worlds, which starts at 8pm on Saturday.

Global Village is open every evening of the weekend on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and Saturday is the first day of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which runs to November 29.
For a family on Halloween weekend this is the easy choice: free, in the afternoon and indoors. It runs through Sunday, so a visit built around the 5pm costume competition is as good as a Saturday one. Register for the goodie bags before you drive, and aim for the Picnic Square stage on the first floor.
