What these Dubai Palm Central pages collect: nothing
A privacy page usually explains what is done with what you hand over. This section takes nothing: there is no form on any of its pages, no newsletter, and no field to type into. What follows is the short list of what that does and does not cover.
What happens while you read
The pages are static. They are served, they render, and the only request that says anything about you is Google Analytics, which runs across the whole of dst.llc and loads asynchronously. It measures pages, not people, and nothing on this section attaches a name to it because nothing on this section asks for one.
What happens when you leave
Links out of this section to ticket pages, developer pages and other
third parties go through a redirect hop on our own domain, which
carries noindex and nofollow and is
disallowed in robots.txt. That exists so no outside site
collects standing from our pages; it is a link-graph measure, and it
does not hide you from the site you arrive at. Once you are there,
their policy applies and ours does not.
Where an enquiry actually goes
If you want to register interest in a unit, the form for that is on palmcentral.dst.llc, a separate site with a separate policy. Beyond it, regulated work — real estate among it — is carried out by licensed local partners rather than by DST, which builds and operates the systems. So an enquiry does not stop with whoever published the page you read, and you should expect the partner's own terms to govern what happens next. Two things this page is not. It is not the privacy policy of the Palm Central project site, which publishes its own. And it is not advice on what a developer or broker may do with details you give them directly — that is between you and them, and the place to ask is before you fill anything in.

You leave dst.llc for palmcentral.dst.llc, which is a separate site with its own enquiry form and its own policy. Anything you submit there is handled there, not here.
Who would receive an enquiry?
Real-estate enquiries in Dubai are handled by licensed local partners rather than by DST, which builds and operates the systems. That division is the whole reason an enquiry form does not live on this section.
What analytics run here?
Google Analytics, on every page of this site, loaded asynchronously. It records the usual page-level measurements. It is not tied to an enquiry, because there is no enquiry to tie it to.
